With a career spanning two decades in personal training and lifestyle transformation, CW Conner is a seasoned expert in helping individuals achieve their full potential. He is the Founder and Chairman of LifeQuest Military Transitions, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization he led since 2008. LifeQuest specializes in developing programs focused on wounded warrior empowerment, combat veteran reintegration, and future soldier enrichment.


During his 17 years with LifeQuest, CW established an on-site office at Fort Carson and an off-site civilian training facility. As Program Director, he was responsible for raising and administering donations and co-founded a structured curriculum that has proven highly effective in facilitating physical and emotional transitional change. He and his team of skilled professionals served over 2,500 active duty transitioning military members and their families, guided by LifeQuest's mission to empower them with life skills that enable personal growth, promote leadership development, and facilitate positive change.


Currently, CW is a Master Trainer and Nutritional Coach, focusing his attention on specialty group training, pre and post-natal fitness, and supporting military veterans. He is also the creator and developer of the innovative "PEAK 4X Specialty Group Training" curriculum. Through a unique licensing agreement, Plus Forty Fitness & Wellness Studio will deliver an array of specialized group training. In addition to group training, CW provides personalized one-on-one personal training for individuals seeking a tailored approach to their fitness goals.

My name is Staci! I'm a 45-year-old mom of 5, business owner, personal trainer, and competitive bodybuilder. I have always loved sports and physical fitness with 20 years of experience in strength training. I am very passionate about helping people of all ages move their bodies in a way that is not only beneficial to their health but also enjoyable. I am a NASM Certified Trainer.
