Personal Training Prices

  • Once a Week (Four Times a Month)

    • Single: $230 a month (average cost of $60 per session)
    • Couple: $450 a month (average cost of $57 per session)

  • Twice a Week (Eight Times a Month)

    • Single: $3​90 a month (average cost of $​49 per session)
    • Couple: $730 a month (average cost of $46 per session)

  • Three Times a Week (12 Times a Month)

    • Single: $460 a month (average cost of $​38 per session)
    • Couple: $850 a month

  • Quad Group Workouts

    4 people, 2 team workouts planned circuit training 50 minutes limited to two group workouts a week.

    2 Workouts per week - $166

    3 Workouts per week - $250

  • Single Sessions

    One Single Session

    • ​$65 per single session (one person)
    • $85 per single session (two people)

    Multiple Single Sessions

    • $410 for six sessions (one person)
    • $4​90 for six sessions (two people)
    • $618 for 16 sessions (one person)
    • $​938 for 16 sessions (two people)

  • ​ZAAZ Vibration Machine

    • $50 for monthly unlimited (non-members)
    • $20 (members only)

  • Unlimited Monthly

    • $150 for unlimited monthly classes

*Credit is not given for missed appointments. Make-up sessions are available until the last day of the calendar month. Make-up sessions are available based on space availability. Cancellations must have a 24-hour notice for a make-up session. Service packages are non-transferable. Prices are effective January 1, 2016, and are subject to change. Fees are based on monthly rates, NOT individual sessions. Upon the late arrival of 15+ minutes, we have the right to make another appointment or finish your scheduled time. If you're early please wait in the front until you're called or otherwise instructed to come back. No refunds. Fitness results may vary.
